Layton Han-Co Founder, Management Consulting Practice Leader
Layton is responsible for LSC's overall corporate vision. As a seasoned and performance oriented manager and entrepreneur, he has deep and highly successful experience in rapidly growing promising businesses and product lines. He works with early stage ventured backed and established internet companies as well as venture and private equity funds in developing corporate, marketing, product and operational strategies to accelerate businesses revenue and profitability.
Prior to LSC, Layton was co-founder of MyPoints.com, where is served as co-President. During his years as co-President of MyPoints.com, he was involved in sale of the company to United Airlines (NASDAQ: UAL) in 2001 and to United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD) in 2006. Under his leadership, MyPoints.com revenue and profitability more than doubled. Prior to being President, he was head of business and corporate development, where he was involved in public and private company acquisitions and developing strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. He also served as companies CFO, during company's pre-IPO and post-IPO periods.
Layton has an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business, University of California and B.S. in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from University of California-Davis.
Seth Peets-Global Operations & Business Process Consulting Practice Leader
Responsible for LSC's Business Process Consulting practice and global operations, Seth brings more than 30 years of operational leadership and an extensive track record of streamlining business strategies and processes to improve financial and operational performance and increasing both the effectiveness of businesses at all stages of growth.
Prior to LSC, Seth was the Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing at MyPoints.com where he oversaw all customer facing marketing and operations to grow and support a user base of over 10 million consumers. His responsibilities included customer acquisition, customer retention and relationship marketing, member support and strategic business analysis.
Before joining MyPoints, Seth was an early partner at a leading online recruiting and job search service where he played an integral role in their product development and launch and was responsible for building their customer acquisition, user support and client service operations and for all consumer relationship marketing activities. He also served in several management positions at Ford Motor Company.
Seth holds a BBA in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with concentrations in Marketing and Operations Management.
Noah Doyle-Co Founder, LSC Ventures Liaison
As the managing director of Javelin Venture Partners (partner venture fund), Noah works with LSC to evaluate and foster new business opportunities. Prior to Javelin and co-founding LSC, Noah was head of business development for Google Earth (Keyhole prior to acquisition by Google in 2004). As a key product visionary of geo-space mapping, he oversaw rapid consumer and business adoption of Google Earth.
Prior to Google, Noah was a co-founder of MyPoints.com, where he was instrumental in venture funding and IPO process. He was responsible for expanding the MyPoints business into Japan and Europe.
Noah has an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business, University of California and B.S. in Economics from University of California.
Vijay Bobba-Co Founder, India Practice Advisor
Vijay brings more than 25 years of Silicon Valley entrepreneurial experience with ten of the last fifteen years as an entrepreneur. He is a seasoned and performance-oriented senior level executive and entrepreneur. A strategic thinker with superior ability in bringing clarity to complex problems, Mr. Bobba has worked with global companies in the high-tech, telecom, financial services, consumer electronics, retail and publishing industries in the US, Europe, India and Japan prior to co-founding LSC.
Vijay has an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business, University of California, M.S. in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from University of Georgia and B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from University of Madras, India.
